Adding Content to the knowledge base
Adding collective knowldege is the core functionality of qBase. There are a few different ways to add your content, ranging from copy and pasting from an external source, to simply typing in what you want to say. That's it...don't think too hard about it, because that's the post.
Type into the content areas
Yep just click the '+New' button in the section you're on in the backend, choose the category, as well as the appropriate tags you want to use.
Paste into your article content area.
Choose where you want to add your copied content, then paste it! If your content looks like it's using formatting from its original source, don't fret...just select the 'Paste as plain text' button in the editor before pasting to remove the formatting!
*(our system is trying to do you a favor by doing that because there a few cases when you might need that)
Save your content
You can press 'Save' (saves your work, but stays in the article) -or- 'Save & Close' (saves your work and closes out to the main articles area you were previously in)
